We understand that all of us at some point would benefit from support to get through difficult times in our lives.  Below are some links to local and national services to support with adult wellbeing and mental health.  You may also wish to access the NHS website for support with other concerns.

This offers free emotional well being courses for adults, it is particularly good for anxiety. 

Headspace - www.headspace.com

This is meditation/mindfulness, you get a free block of 30 sessions. They are only about three minutes long each. There is also an app that you can download, which provides a huge amount of resources to support you in developing mindfulness.
