Chyngton's Anti-Racist Statement: 

At Chyngton, we want all our children- no matter what their ethnic, racial, cultural or religious background- to make the most of life’s opportunities. In order for this to happen, we have an anti-racist approach that removes the barriers that stop our children reaching their potential because of their race, ethnicity, culture or beliefs.

We must acknowledge that unconscious bias exists in order for us to ensure the fairest outcomes for children’s attitudes and learning. At Chyngton, we want to develop a community that is intolerant of discrimination in all forms and a culture of mutual respect where there is an appreciation of diversity and the value that it adds to our school.
